the "feature" that limits you to selecting only three rookies in the draft?

no, because if you press the > arrow at the bottom right corner it will go to the next page where you can pick any rookie.
There is nothing to be "fixed" except you to better understand the game.

Never noticed that. I might buy NBA Live 07 if the patch is good.
edit: The above posts makes it look like I have an illegal copy of the game. Not the case. My friend lent me his copy for the weekend, too buggy for me, so I uninstalled it and gave it back to him.
