CF Tutorials/Advice

I really want to get into CF patching. Can anyone direct me towards a good tutorial complete with the software that would be required. Also, i'd appreciate it if anyone could answer me this one question. Is it possible to do a CF of myself and put it on a created player, as well as Marv/Kerr and the PA announcer and whoever else saying my name? Also using an image as the player profile shots. I really want to make this happen. I'd love it if someone had the time to do this request for me, woah that'd be great. In saying that i understand it's most likely a difficult task.
