adding an alpha on the shoes:

Things you need: Fhsx, photoshop cs2(with dds plug-in), the shoe file(shXXX.fsh)

heres the step by step:

open shoe using Fhsx.
extract shoe as dds.
open the dds using photoshop cs
once open, desaturate the image. (its in image-adjustment-desaturate)
once desaturated, press ctrl+A (or select all) then press ctrl+c (copy)
then close the image without saving it and open it again.
click the alpha channel of the shoe (i assume you know where the alpha channel is) then click ctrl+v (paste).
save the dds. Always choose DXT3, DXT5, or "8 : 8 : 8 : 8 ARGB (32 bit) when saving DDS in photoshop.
import the saved dds on your fhsx.
your done!!

:D

note: or instead of closing the image you can just undo the changes you made then paste the desaturated image in the alpha channel.

sorry if my instructions are a bit blurry.
