Linus, you probably wanna check out Pdub's thread, since he's the one who converted all the tats in 2X, and I gotta admit I have no idea how to do this...
You can download his 2X arm/tattoo textures patch again and you should find Nate Robinson's 2X tats in there. Not sure about Jay Williams' tats though, I'll check if they're 2X in my game.
Either way, I'm sure Pdub could help you if you pm him.

I think he only has the 2 big arm tats, and they've been released on the previous page (along with Mo Williams).

Arthas, I was saying that EA's default Dahntay Jones only had his right arm tat, and that it was incomplete, which is why I redid it completely and added his left arm tat, so it's pretty much my final version.

That Matt Barnes is sick! I hate to tell you this, but you're missing a tattoo that he has on his neck. I remember seeing it when he was on the Knicks last year.

I thought I mentioned that in my post, sorry . The tat says "love" or smthg like that, but since I couldn't find a good pic, I didn't try to make it. I'm pretty sure I'll find a good pic at some point.

I kinda gave up on AI since I saw the one released by hyxhovers here a few weeks ago ( http://www.nbaliveforums.com/ftopic44085-0-asc-0.php )... I didn't use his CF but his tats were really good, not necessarily placed accurately, but probably better than what I can do, plus Iverson is just too much work for me right now...
