If you're having a problem with Houston, it's definitely not the roster update. I checked it thoroughly last night and wasn't able to make it crash. You might want to check the art updates you've got installed for the Rockets and Rockets' players.

No question, but unfortunately I don't make art updates myself so I can't provide one at this time. However, if one is contributed I'd be glad to include it.

Hey, great patch, as usual. Even though this is my first post I've been using the patches since Live 06.

I haven't had any problems with the new hawks jerseys but I haven't tried playing with houston yet.

A few comments on some of the ratings: Imo Adam Morrison Rebounding is waaay to high. If I remember correctly last year someone at espn.com (hollinger) said he was the worst rebounder in the Nba at 6'8". As a comparison, Loul Deng got as many off rebounds in the playofss (3.0) as Morrison got total rebounds (2.9). However Deng's got 35 off rebound rating while Morrison's got a 45.

Something else, regarding SL play, Tyrus Thomas was being praised as having a new and improved mid range jump shoot. although he has yet to prove it among the big guys, he might be deserving of more than 55 FG.

I also felt Greg Oden's def awar. was quite low. I mean, isn't the guy supposed to be a defensive stalwart or something? I do understand that people are overreacting when they compare him to Bill Russel, but his deff awar. should be higher than the off, even when you factor in his tendency to pick up fouls. It seems to me that he'll learn how to stay out of foul trouble muck quicker than he'll pick up solid offensive moves.

Lastly (is this a word?), I've always thought Ron Artest is past his prime and 91 ovl rating, but this is more an overall impression and I really don't have any data to back me up.

i instaled supreme update and that's got to be the reason why game crashes when i'm playing with houston. maybe i'ts some visual detail that is screwed or whatever. but i still must play with that update (because i love it) so i'll try to forget about houston and keep forward.

anyway the best combination is supreme update and your roster (but not if you are rockets fan )

1 thing that I forgot to add about the hawks.. if your using the espn scoring thingy patch, the hawks new logo will mess it up (it doesn't fit the layout)...

I think the rookie ratings in the games were based on how good they were in NCAA or High School. We haven't seen them play against the real superstars or veterans yet. What we can do is actually wait til' the season starts and see how they perform.

Adam morrison didn't play well last season, walter hermann took over the starting position when he signed with bobcats.

i think there's a bug on jianlian.. showing jianlian in the jersey instead of yi!!!
how can we fix it by not switching the names just like yao which still shows yao in his jersey even though in the players.dbf yao is in the FNAME ang ming is in the NAME fields...

cuz i like seeing yi's name as Y. Jianlian instead of J. Yi...

another thing, i think the real lineup of Dallas is:
C- dampier
pf- nowitzki
sf - howard
sg - terry
pg - harris

I think this will be a better lineup especially if they can integrate barea on the rotation.

Awesome roster Andrew! Also a couple of suggestions for your next update:

Cheick Samb signed a 2 yr deal with the Pistons. He can replace Will Blalock on their roster as he will not be back.

Arron Afflalo will wear #8.

Also Sammy Mejia signed a 1 year non-guaranteed contract. He could replace Webber for the time being, but thats totally up to you.

1 thing that I forgot to add about the hawks.. if your using the espn scoring thingy patch, the hawks new logo will mess it up (it doesn't fit the layout)...

this u can fix it replacing the new files (logos~medium~at.big- logos~port_lrg~at_p.big -logos~score~at_s.big) for the ones that come with the espn overlay patch

Just one thing: everything seems fine with the update, dunno if anyone else is experiencing the same thing, but for some reason Jianlian is not playable in the Play Now mode I mean he works fine on 1-on-1 but when I try a little match with the Bucks, he's just not playable... not sure if it's a bug...

some suggestions :
andrew i think some Seattle players are underrated...as grusom said durant deserves better ratings. j.green also deserves a bit more, imo he is a good inside scoring- other player is c.wilcox he is a very good inside scorer too with .529 FG% last season.finally e.watson deserves a bit more offawarenes, dribling and maybe defawarenes

well yah durant i think deserve a better rating, I saw him play against redd, battier and many more during the state farm practice game. man he was good.

I think that problem with SUM can be fixed by downloading the tattoo fix that Pdub released.

Correct. It's one of those things that is difficult to predict. I'll keep working on them throughout the offseason but we'll have a better idea once the season begins.

It's not a bug. I simply haven't found the method of switching names like Yi's without entering Yi as the surname (so that it appears on the back of the jersey). As soon as I work out how to do that - and if anyone does know, by all means please pass on that info - I'll fix that up.

It's not a bug. In the rosters he's on the inactive list because at the time it looked like he might continue to hold out on the Bucks. If you want to use him, just reorder the lineups as you see fit. He'll be active in v1.12, sorry for the confusion.

Open up appearance.dbf, locate Horford (you'll need to grab his ID from players.dbf first) and change his BODYTYPE to 1.

i think you can't make him ask less money, but you can edit his salary in players.dbf after you sign him
