you agree with my statement, but complain about the way i state this...well, simply someone, who is experienced enough should speak that truth..i wouldn't mind being that person...yes, you do it for free, yes you pour your hours, but...i have the right to comment, haven't i?
let's talk more about patching...how many good patches do you see on this forum? utopia's current cf's, which are maybe the only beating EA...also, lagoa's courts...jaosming's and pdub's various addons....and...last but not least glen's work...and if adding joker's portraits - that's all...and how many vain tryouts, claiming with mouths wide open, that they beat EA? you do the math...and result will correspond to my reaction...

While I agree that Utopia's CFs are excellent, they're certainly not the only ones that beat EA's. You'll need a new pair of eyes if you haven't noticed courtney's or A_Nuke's CFs for example.
I dunno why you seem to put EA's creations on a pedestal, they've certainly done a good job on most CFs but there's plenty of room for improvement, and there's even more when it comes to courts, shoes, jerseys, interface, etc...
You're obviously entitled to your opinion but your comments come out very insulting for most of this community IMO.

about the right to judge...i...(without being big-headed) am probably one of 3-5 patchers ever, who ARE able to patch ANY of the nba live sorts (roster, jerseys, faces, shoes, courts, logos, scoreboard, auto-install, etc.) and proven it already times before..the title of the nbalive.org Patching Competition winner in the year 2004., so..if we are talking about the right to judge, I am also the right person....

Kudos to you and your winning history, but that doesn't make you the High Authority that can claim that 95% of the patches in this forum are done in vain, because they fail to beat their EA counterparts.

I'm going to work on a new sasha tonight , i will post in-game previews with it as well.

After sasha, I plan on trying Eric Snow with current look (bald), EA has him with his 3-year old look (hair) I don't know how they messed that up :-p

After snow, I plan on making the last cavalier for now before moving on to the next team, which will be either: David Wesley, Drew Gooden (with patch of hair on back of head ), or Damon Jones

I will post a brand new sasha preview soon.

very good : ) but can you try sharpen the bhed more to give it better details?

it is a HUGE improvement from your previous version...if you blended cheek sides of the original pic (using eraser tool with lowered opacity), this would be very good...and nothing besides that to improve...

I wasnt sure how to do the bald head, but i think it looks pretty good the way I did it, especially with lighting on (compared to the god awful 3-year old Eric Snow EA had)

I think this remarkable improvement is perfect example that felicitous criticism is quite useful. So as UltraNIX convicted criticism isn't bad and we shouldn't notice only good sides of work shuting eyes to bad ones.

I am happy that UltraNIX is still patching and I am really respect him and his work. R.E.S.P.E.C.T. MAN !
