funny how you get people claiming to be immune to the bug, just makes me laugh and then wonder how dumb people might actually be.

Actually he was the Spurs. And yes, those were foul trouble subs, so nothing new.

Jesus, whats with all the turnovers? 55 and 31? They were killing you on the boards.

Looks like you do have the fatigue-sub problem. I don't think the cpu would play only 8 guys in a double-overtime game, especially with a bunch of starters getting fouls. Getting in foul trouble is one of the only ways the cpu will sub out your players, unless one team is getting blown out, then the bench players will be subbed in.

I noticed in the last game that I played, I had two guys with 4 fouls that got subbed out in the 3rd. In the beginning of the fourth, they were subbed back in. I never had that happen before.

Tue Oct 10, 2006 8:14 am

SAballer,

Look at the number of fouls the players had that the CPU subbed out.

That is why they were subbed.

Don't argue that your copy somehow came without the bug, when it obviously did.

Tue Oct 10, 2006 8:43 am

so....if they got too many fouls...and they dont sub them out thats the sub BUG ??

Wait I'll play and show you a proof..

Ahh we ain't talking about that.

The sub problem is the CPU don't sub their players when their stamina is low.

Word.

No.... the sub BUG is that if they don't get any fouls (or not enough to be in trouble), then they don't sub at all.

Tue Oct 10, 2006 8:53 am

I turned my slider up so they get some fouls and the player collision so thats why theres many fouls but sumtimes the problem that im having is that the CPU dont sub at all in the whole game

SAballer wrote:the problem that im having is that the CPU dont sub at all in the whole game

damn, you have that too?

....exactly. So why the fuck are you saying your copy of the game doesn't have the substitution bug?

christ. I don't have the ability to be tolerant today.

Fuck you dude

EDIT: I was just trying to help, but yeah.

LMAO

Tue Oct 10, 2006 5:32 pm

I'd say: people who say they don't have the bug didn't read the whole topic. For all you out there who only read the last three posts of each thread: IT'S ABOUT SUBBING BECAUSE OF FATIGUE, WHICH DOESN'T HAPPEN IN THE GAME, EVER!!! (yet?)

Wed Oct 11, 2006 6:25 am

Man this sucks the cpu only subs because of foul trouble and in garbage time :x

That´s a very polite behavior by a moderator. People here are so nice. they love de delete posts they don´t like, they are very welcoming to the new people who are not english based countries and more, they do all this for a bugged game.

I second that.
When joining a forum which obviously has to be well organized by the mods to keep an overview, you can expect new poster to at least read the FAQ's. Where to post what etc...

The substitution bug is being discussed in sever threads. And before someone posts that he does not have the sub problem he should read what the bug is all about. It is stated there that the CPU do sub players when in foul trouble. So that's why some people here are complaining about the statement.

That's basically what it comes down to, really. If you think the moderation team does anything short of a stellar job, think again. I'd lose my patience too if I had to deal with assholes who don't bother to read stickied posts, introduction threads for new members, rules, etc. before posting something stupid on a forum. The world has gotten too touchy anymore; everyone needs to stop being such pussy babies and start acting responsible for their own actions.

I HAVE THE PROBLEM, BUT IT JUST HAPPENED WITH ME: (2 minute before the end all starting 5 players were subbed for 5 bench players)
