sorry, but Black Eyed Peas seem like a perfect fit for NBA Live... They're a rap/hip-hop type group but have turned poppy so even white people like them now.

I've said it before and I'll say it again, more ROCK music! Basketball cannot be related with just rap music. Basketball is the only sport that holds on to a genre of music. There are other people who like basketball too, not just those people who listen to rap. RAP IS MACHINE MANUFACTURED MUSIC! I want to hear music from bands like Foo Fighters, White Stripes, Velevet Revolver and so on. To make the game even better, they should take an old school approach and put music from bands like Pearl Jam, Nirvana, Guns and Roses, and even groups like (even though I don't like rap) Tupac, Cypress Hill, and House of Pain. That would be cool.

sorry but basketball is part of a hip hop culture and most of people playin' baketball are listenin' to rap, i can't picture that i can play a bball with rock music

Hey, listen up. If you read my first post I said I want more variation. Even though I don't like rap, there should still be rap music in the game. Its just that there should be more rock music in there too. Not everybody who likes basketball listens exclusively to rap music. I'm a rocker, but I like the sport of basketball and I like to play Live, is there a problem with that??? THE OTHER KEVIN, I see your from NYC so I'll quote Bret Hart himself when he said; "All the Americans from coast to coast can kiss my ass! I am the best there is, the best there was, and the best there ever will be, and New York City.... YOU KNOW IT!!!" And one other thing, I tell it the way it is. And the way it is, is that LIVE 07 needs a variation of music genres so that it can appeal to more gmaers then just those who like their hip hop. Now to quote one of the greatest guitar players ever, Slash, "SEX, DRUGS, and ROCK AND ROLL BABY!!!! Without the drugs."

I would like to see them play some pump up songs that they play in arenas like:

Ozzy Osbourne -- Crazy Train
Metallica -- Enter Sandman

I think they could add a pair of songs from NBA Street series, like "Ladies and Gentleman" by Shells , and "Not in my House" by Nelly. Those were good songs. I think "Stand up" by Ludacris would fit in this game too.

I liked FIFA World Cup EA Trax. If this year they still hv hip hop I think I'll find a way to import all soccer game songs into Live.
