I installed two scoreboards (NBC retro and ESPN) and the problem is the same.
The name of the teams do not appear in both. Only appear the result.
ONLY it happens in this save roster (Rosters9697DVC). In other saves this problem does not happen. I'm crazy whith this.
Another topic. I edit the players in players.dbf . I use Excel for work. When i change for example the hand of a player and I run the game the portrait of some players disappear.

p.s. i'm the author of vintage nbc scoreboard. and you are the 1st having problems with it. but after reading your post about careless attitude i'm not surprised. i'm even more suprised that you've been able to at least load it.

Hello I have a question about courts. Can you use the 96-97 courts for the 91-92 rosters? Because there are only six teams that had different courts in 92 than they did in 97:

Boston, Chicago, Cleveland, Philadelphia, Phoenix and San Antonio.

thank you ..and i might be back with retro rosters for 08..depending if the game is worth it..

jaywv30..you can use 96-97 courts with other rosters..but you will have to do some dbf editing and hex editing..

I modded my copy to use the courts and unis in whatever years they fit. I did it quite a while ago, so I'm not sure if they're clean (as in, that I didn't make any other changes), but if they are I might be able to upload those and people could just download that, if it's alright if Tony.
