Its the transition that pops on your screen inbetween fouls and dead balls. Its a big white circle and sais "NBA LIVE 07" accompanied by a "swoosh" noise.

These courts will NOT have a crowd, not even a small one. In the end the value is not worth the time.
Reflections must be turned off to play these.
They will not be 100% authentic, I will do my best but do not bitch.
There is no set order to these, they will happen when I want them to happen.
They will be made for my computers specifications (max settings) if they dont work for you, sorry. I will try and take it easy with using huge textures.

NO REQUESTS, Im not taking them now, this is a personal goal. Im doing this for my own pleasure and enjoyment.

None of these courts (or the 4 before them) will be released until I learn how to create .bat files for DBF roster installation.
As for release dates, previews and WIPs, well as of right now there will be none. I want to continue working on smaller patches, the NCAA mod, and SUM so I will not post in this thread about courts until they are released.


There now that we have ground rules, just pay attention to this thread and the main page news for releases. And please again remember, those are 28 different unique courts... dont ask what happened to this court? When will you release? When are you going to do Rucker? Like I said before, it will happen when it happens.

The NBA Street 2 courts will not be happening soon because I lost my save for it, so I cant play at all of the courts. v3 is too detailed right now for just starting off with. Ill probably start with some street 1 courts.

Excellent. Starting with the Street 1 courts is fine by me.

I suggest that you use the Rucker Park and Cage and any other court that is in multiple games, in the later version. It will probably be more detailed in the game.

if i put this into my nba live street[MOD] SGSM folder, will it affect anything? i mean will it change the look of the street courts into a better NBA court, or will it make the STREET courts look better?
oh yea..speaking of which, for the street mod courts that dont work and right away crash, do i have to remove a certain file like what i did to the court updates? for example, removing of the xxxxstd.fsh and xxxxstd_vram.fsh

Those total nba court update files update the floor wood and I think the logos. It will completely mess up street courts. If you use that, put it in the arenas with the wood floors.

its a good thing you told me beforehand. i was about to put it in there, but i had second thoughts about it and came to ask first before i screwed anything up BIG time. also, i already put it into my regular 2005 sgsm folder. it just makes the wood floor and lines look better and all, right? no color changes or logos?

JaoSming, i think the Total NBA Court Update files has too many conflicts with my other files that i have downloaded. should i just redownload the previous patches i have gotten for the new courts and keep those instead? i will show you one preview of my in-game play where one of my courts look messed up. =>

aight man ive been OK with this for sometime but all the discussions with you need to stay in the 2005 patch compatibilty thread cause your playing with 2005. This is an 07 thread.

I have not had enough time to re-install 2005 and re-do the court thing; I will get to it but can you leave all the 2005 discussion in that thread and keep it out of this one?

alrighty then. its just that i thought it mightve been also 07 related, since i used the 07 patches for 2005 and i thought that it wouldve been ok to post in the 07 thread.

I'm looking for those for weeks but I cannot find one donwload link.
Especialy the court in the university or the court in the street.

Its not released yet

Just a lil' something i started working on today after watching the Celtics Last night.

Probably end up being a personal patch cause I can't find the Red Auerbach logo in its entirety.




Remember, no where near finished, I have a friend going to the game tomorrow night and she's going to take a bunch of pictures of the Stadium for me.



As for my street courts, I should get some stuff done this weekend. For those that don't know I'm swamped with school work and I haven't had time to work on anything new.
