both are great , i'd prefer v1 but whatever u'll do is good ..

I updated the download. You can now choose whether you want the download at the bottom or the top. The overlays~score.big file in the main directory contains the overlay taht is displayed at the bottom. If you want the overlay to display at the top of your screen, extract the overlays~score.big file from the "Overlay at the top" sub-directory to your sgsm directory.

I will be doing the other overlays so it will be more lifelike. Once I get through with them the overlays at the bottom won't overlap or be overlapped.

I live in Poland. I have only espn classic on my cable.

It looks pretty much like he has it.

Top pic captured from TVU player, so its low quality. Bottom pic is from JaoSming's camera pointed at a tv.

As you can see, it has a dark outline, and mine doesn't. I was concentrating more on getting the red to look like a shiny metal as it does in real life.
My ESPN logo is much smaller because there are limitations of the scoreboard. The ESPN logo is locked to the scoreboard, and I have no idea if it's possible to unlock it in the apt file. What I mean by it being locked is, wherever I move the logo, the shot clock goes with it. So if I stretch the ESPN logo more, I will have to make the shot clock text thinner because it gets stretched too. I will probably do that anyway whenever I decide to update it.

For yhe alpha file...i don't have in the photoshop channel "the alpha1"....can someone help me?

You should if you started with an 07 fsh, opened it in FSHx and exported as a DDS.

how do i do this?

Download EAGraph from the download section. Open the viv with it, select the fsh you want to extract. Make sure you say yes when it asks you to decompress.
