I added more sharpening to his hair and made his face lighter.
I still dont know what to do with the eyes.

I think you should higher the opacity of the eyes and tilt them a little bit to the middle.
All and all, his headshape ebo needs lots of changes

You haven't fixed his eyes and hair, but and so it looks better than EA's.
If you aren't planing to do his V2, release.
