There's no custom team option in the game. However, it is possible through DBF editing.

this is only for the PC? and you can reccreate all 30 teams if you want? (I don't wait to do that, only want to move the clippers, but just saying if u could)

can u make ur own unifroms or use other ones avalible? (like recreating the challote honests with there unifroms)

That tutorial's only for PC, yes. You can make your own uniforms but that involves editing the art files. Some of the other guides in our Tutorials section might be able to help you out there.
