Changing player portraits

I wanna change the portraits of the players in my game,so anyone who can explain me how to do it...

Custom portrait patches can used simply by placing them in the sgsm folder within your NBA Live 07 folder.

I mean,that I want to create and change them with the old ones,today I found a tutorial for this and I'll try to do this
