Shoe Request

Hey guys, I posted this request in an already existing thread but no one seems to have paid any attention to it, so I'm posting it for the last time. Hopefully someone does respond this time:
I have 2 shoes I need, I'm sure they are made already, but I don't want to install entire patches because of them, so if any body knows how I can get them, it'll be much appreciated. These are the shoes I need. Both colours, please.
