NAME oF SONGS

WEll Hi everybody well I have a little trouble with a patch that I insaled in my game .....the thing is that I install the patch of new soundtracks and results that I want to change the name of the songs because there are still the old names of the default songs so PLEase can any body help me with this one .....THANKS GUYS
