playing like slow-mo

my is newly reformatted with windows sp2 my specs are
2.66 ghz
128 mb video ram
512 mb ram

after i install live, i installed sum then it works fine playing with the keyboard then when i plugged my cd-r king twin usb gamepad then i load live it is like working much slower i have tried reinstalling and no-luck at all, any solutions?

now i will try to reinstall again and try to NOT install SUM and try to play with the gamepad without SUM

edit: if nothing works i'll try to replace my gamepad with a new one (1 wk replacement and 3mos warranty)

new prob: whenever i try to play 5on5 it crashes even without any thing installed but the official patch

change game speed, maybee it will work..

Try a fresh install.

fresh install, boost up game speed, and If you use SUM, make sure you get the tattoo fix because it fixes the crashing.
