For those who simulate, does the assistant head coach really affect how well your team plays? And does he actually improve your teams ratings? And is having an assistant head coach with really good grades like a+b and a+ really help your team win? Is it really neccesary to have a good assistant head coach?

I think so! I don't very care about the coaches' rumours ratings as i don't check rumours! I think you should get one whose development rating is A+!

i allways look development and try to sign him for 3 years....but i think that ast. coach will help u win if ur team has good chemistry

Depending on how your assistant head coach schedules practices, media days and days off it can affect your team's chemistry. Lower chemistry results in poorer performance.
