when i started my new season with the Lakers.. romanovich wuzznt a star level player anymore... help

yea, it when i finished my 1st season.

i reloaded from after i finished the season a few times and romanovich was, as before, an star level 3 poitn shooter. but still what caused this?

no. he had the 3 point star thing all along till the new season started

Its because your player degraded. His ratings gone down that he didnt qualify as a star 3point shooter anymore. It happened to my Radmanovich also. Try to train him more, maybe(just maybe) he'll gain that FSS again.

i believe you haven't training them during season? If thats the case, they have a change to get fat and lose some ratings. And also it depends on their Destiny, Work Ethic and Learning ratings.

It isn't guaranteed but it's certainly possible.

i edit the work ethic, destiny and learning through dbf

Open players.dbf, locate the player you wish to change then modify those values as desired. Be sure to make a backup in case anything goes wrong.

i dont mean to sound like a complete idiot but whenever i open a dfb file with notepad or a txt editor i just see gibberish

You'll need to use DB Commander to open and edit the DBF files.

anyone knows how to make this game harder.... i beat the CPU on superstart with a game diffictulty patch by 20 points plus without even trying. i beat all star teams with really dumb lineups, where none of the players even has an ffs

Change the sliders so that they give the CPU an unfair advantage.
