Need help with my team..

I'm the raptors and I made a huge mistake by trying to get a superstar guard by trading Bosh for J-Rich. My team has now missed the playoffs twice and I am stuck, trying to get another top 5 draft pick but I dont have any luck. I'm also tired of J-Rich and I want a real Superstar to help me win simulated games. What should I do with J-Rich. This is my second season with the raps and I need J-Rich out, as well as a method to get a top 10 draft pick. I'm searching for a superstar to get me out of this rutt. Please help.

I Am also looking for a good point guard who can shoot the three, and short jumper and pass exceptional, but he doenst have to be a superstar. I lost TJ Ford to free-agency so who should I pick up?
