Realism & Roster Patches

Hi
I'm confused with all the patches that should improve/correct the 07's fatigue , substitution and PG dominance problems.
What is the best way to correct those problems?
Is it with Jimmy's fix or Andrew's latest roster update or is there another way?
I'll appreciate if somebody can sort this mess up for me.

jimmy's fix works with irpt roster
