Players' gear problem

Hey, this problem is old, but now, i want to fix it. I think this began then I start to use IRPT rosters. How can i fix it? This is T-Mac hand:

open trmcgra_arm_tats.fsh (or something like that, sorry cant remember) using Fshx. Then double the resolution to 512x512 and save
