Need Help!!

Im here new and i dont know how to edit player ratings.Dunk,steal etc. Please can anybody write step by step how to do that? i already have downloaded DB Commander.

1. Using DB Commander, open players.dbf
2. Locate the player you wish to edit.
3. Locate the ratings fields in the database (see this guide for more details).
4. Change the values as desired. Ratings in NBA Live 07 range from 1-99.
Please note that overall ratings are not automatically recalculated when you make changes to individual ratings in players.dbf unless you view a player in Edit Player within the game or a trade/free agent signing occurs. If you are editing a player in a saved roster (as opposed to a saved Season/Dynasty), it's much easier to edit any visible ratings in Edit Player since the overall rating will be adjusted automatically.

Can i play with edited player online? Do ratings then change?

I believe you can play with updated rosters in IP to IP games.
