Problem with coach cyberface!

I have a problem. I changed the coaches.dbf , replaced indiana coach with Jack Ramsay, I wrote correct pkg and the rest, made cyberface and moved it to sgsm folder and when i load save game file coach doesn't have face.How can i fix that?

I could be wrong as cyberface patching isn't my forte but I believe coach patches are best utilised as .viv files where they can be placed in the sgsm/coach folder; that's how all the coach face patches that I've been given for the roster update have been done. I'm sure someone else can give you pointers on how to do that properly.
