Defensive Strategies/Stopping annoying dunkers down thread!

Just got the game a few months ago for XBox. Good game thus far. Curious about a few things... how come the game nor the book explain what the various defensive/offensive strategies are? With names like Blaze and other weird names, it makes it hard to know what it is. Further, I am asking if anyone has experience using a specific type of D to stop habitual dunkers that will go to the hole every single time if possible. Thanks in advance, new to the forum.. interested to hear what people have to say.

alot of this driving is done with his PG obviously, so i am trying the double team right from the start. still, has to be some sort of defence that increases the odds of stopping those killer PG's and great dunkers
