FSS

I want to add few players FSS, but I don't know how. In file players.dbf I see
SSTAR_HF - highflyer
SSTAR_PM - playmaker
SSTAR_PW - power
SSTAR_SCO - out.scorer
SSTAR_SCI - ins.scorer
SSTAR_SH - shooter
SSTAR_STO - out.stopper
SSTAR_STI - ins.stopper
But how change it? Example Iverson is good stealer, is out.stopper has 79 but Bruce Bowen has 50. OK if I change Shaq to 79. In the game I see Shaq has FSS Out.Stopper. But if I want change his number (for example from 32 to 99) "Game" removes his FSS. :/
