1920x1080 resolution for PC version

Sat Dec 02, 2006 12:48 pm

If anyone knows how to get this game to run in 1920x1080 resolution (or even 1776x1000), and could let me know, I would really appreciate it.

For some reason, even though I select 1280x1080 mode the game runs in 480p.

It would be really cool to run this game in widescreen mode, so any help would be awesome.

What do you mean 480p isnt that XBOX 360 Version I thought 490 720 1080 were TV resolution sets

any display has a resolution.

and I'm talking about the PC version, since on console i dont think you can change the resolution.

Its 1280x1024, not 1280x1080.

Maximum supported resolution for the pc version is 1600x1200. "480p" is probably referring to the menu resolution of 640x480. If you are using an HDTV instead of a monitor, then that may be the reason you are only getting 480p.

Found this thread at widescreen gaming. You might be able to hack a new resolution in to the games exe.

Just one thing, the image will be stretched horizontally.

You know.. even at such a high resolution, NBA Live 07 still looks like shit. I mean Andreas showed me a picture of his game at 1600 or something, and then I look at these guy's images in the thread, and then his pictures from 06.. and the difference is pretty great

thanks for the link. it kinda worked. Now the resolution is much better, but it's still not widescreen. maybe it's even better than the stretched alternative...

The method in that thread doesn't work after you patch the game. :(
