I Want But I Can't !!!

I've downloaded a few patches but there is no read me files and I can't install them

I just don't know how to install the "NBA Court Update" with a lot of "filename.fsh" (what is .fsh and where are they ?)

Same for "sweat-arms legs" patch...

Please help me.
