Moves list (in Game and dunk Contest)

Perhaps this should be a sticky. Could someone post a summary of all the moves possible for each Superstar type? I've experienced with a few only and don't have a thorough list.

Also, the same for the dunk contest.

As i understand dunk contest is absilutly the same like was in 06 version
