Arena Attendance

Does anyone know if there is a way to edit the arena attendance in exhibition games? When I play Celtics home games the arena is packed and the crowd is loud. Some road games (New Orleans for one), the arena is practically empty and quiet.

Turning the crowd animation "ON" and setting the environment to the highest setting seems to have fixed it.
