Crowd problem

This problem is apperaring in my 07 game, do somebody knows how to fix this funny but annoying bug which change legs with heads in crowd. This is only in lowest part of crowd, nearest to the bench because the rest of crowd is normal, same as original. i could use some help about this, and thanks in advance
