hello i wanted to know if this is a problem:
my awards in the MY NBA LIVE in thr dynesty menu are locked although i unlocked several of them is this a problem if yes can you explain how to solve it

Once you unlock the awards, you need to save your settings otherwise you'll lose them and need to unlock them again.
