You can play with only 12 teams(2 in one division) and put no in all lines, then you will be able to play season mod with 12 greatest European teams.

No, it's not too low, but I think Latvian's rating is too high...Cause Latvia is average in basketball, imo

Why I can't play with my friend online this Eurobasket mod ?

No Latvia rating is good...but Andri Biedrinis Power and 83 rating not very good...then he play vs. Lithunian he didn't do something good...Just he is a star but not like Gasol or Dirk nowitzki 88 or 89 maybe his rating could be 81...
But it doesn't mattrer and if who want edit roosters...
