i need help

hello everyone i am new at this dynaty thingy so please can some one help me with two problems:
1)my team chemistry is not changing and i dont know what to do
2)can i do something about the chemistry between players?

please help me!!!!

i have 34-0 strike and my team chemistry is about half and my plyers dont like the roster stabilty so i cant trade help
