Cyberface with Lighting and without Lighting

I have made cyberface of Joao Paulo Batista, and with Lighting:ON he looks so as you can see, it is even not similar. Here, with Lighting:OFF he looks so here it is already similar also created with me...You saw, with Lighting absolutely other person...WHY ?
That yet it is necessary to make ? Pls explain more in detail.
