Trouble loading custom rosters

I have installed several custom rosters into my "saves" folder, and when I start up the game, they are all listed under the "load/save" link. However, there is no little arrow on the bottom right of the screen that allows me to select any of the rosters and move forward. I have reinstalled the game three times. Any ideas?

You need to highlight a roster save and then click the Load button.

I have been highlighting the roster...but still no "Load" button. It's really weird. I also cannot save anything because of this problem. Is it possibly a glitch in the game...what might my options be if that's the case? Ideas?

It should be in the top left corner of the Load/Save menu.
