Asistant numbers

I keep hearing how people have 3 assistants, how can they afford to have 3 assitants plus fill the other positions (some have 2 assistants)?

I don't know, maybe they hire 2 mediocre assistants that will equal one really good one; or perhaps its just DBF Editing.

I hire 3 assistants by hiring all other bad scouts.

I hire an A+ offense, an A+ defense, and A+ athletic (ONLY) for assistant so they aren't too expensive and i get a bad scout, trainer, and assitant head coach because i play most of my games...

You get about 2-3 million so if you take a 200k scout, a 100k trainer, and a 300k assistant, then you can hire 3 assistants each costing about 600k (only good for 1 field)

Yeah that's what I do. I just hire an A+ offense, defense, and athletic, then hire a cheap trainer, scout, and asst. head coach.

Reduce their salaries. I find that with assistants, as long as you aren't competing with another team you can offer them 50-100k less than what they want. This won't exactly help you hire more staff members but it will help you to hire better ones.
