Sun May 20, 2007 10:01 pm

Welcome to the official support thread for v1.08 of the NBA Live 07 Current Roster Update!

Andrew wrote:A new version (v1.08) of the current roster update for NBA Live 07 has been released and is available to download here.

Key features of v1.08:
- 2006/2007 Playoff Rosters (accurate as of 19/05/07)
- 2006/2007 Opening Night Rosters added
- Player ratings updated for more realistic performance
- Primacy ratings updated for better shot distribution
- Player positions and data updated/corrected
- Fatigue ratings updated for better substitution patterns
- Cyberfaces for all newly added players
- Portraits for all newly added players
- Some player heights and weights corrected
- Chris Webber's salary in Opening Night rosters corrected

I've also added a couple of missing portraits (should be the final two), thanks to the patchers who contributed them. Apart from that, there's no additional release notes this time.

Yes, he's had his correct cyberface since the initial release. If you have any problems with any of the faces, please check out Faces Troubleshooting.txt (included with the patch) for more info.

great job

Has Thabo got a cyberface yet?

Mon May 28, 2007 6:27 pm

He's had a cyberface since the very first release. If you're encountering any problems with the cyberfaces, please consult Faces Troubleshooting.txt for more information. There are no missing faces in the update, every player who's been added as a face included. If a face isn't being displayed, check the aforementioned troubleshooting document for the solution.

i think you should change deron williams bodytype too 3 and musceltype too 0
cuz he has slimmed down a lot this year

Thanks for the suggestion, noted.

also give wade a bigger body too..he looks kinda skinny with the current one

Thu May 31, 2007 10:22 am

Thanks, I'll look into that as well.

Andrew, I think Mo Williams should have higher fg than he currently have(72!). Watch any game of Milwaukee - MoWill always shoots mid-range shots with exellent accuracy. He is probably 2nd best shooter in Milwaukee after Redd. Mo's 2pt% is .474 - good enough to give him fg 76.
Luke Walton looks better in defence than his competitor in Lakers Maurice Evans. But currently in roster we see that their ratings are quite the contrary. Please take a look at Walton's defensive aware rating.
Nene played very well in series against San Antonio. He averaged 15.2 points and 7.8 rebounds per game. Now I understand why Denver pays him 10M - sometimes I even didn't feel difference between him and his star-rival Tim Duncan, against whom during all series played Nene, not DPOY Camby. I think Nene's dunk, hardiness, strength and defensive awareness ratings should be increased.
Tyrus Thomas should be Highflyer for sure because of his athlethism and flashy dunks.
Ruben Patterson spent great season in Milwaukee Bucks. He not only was one of the Bucks' leaders on the court averaging 14.7 points 5.4 rebounds position but also he shot with 55%(!) from the field and ranked #8 in FG% in the league behind only C's and PF's such as Amare, Boozer, D-12 etc. So it will be right to give him fg-70 and inside 75 at least. Current ratings(fg-64 and inside scoring-53) just do not allow to score real-life-like numbers in game with him. It is almost impossible to score with him! And his rebounds should be revised too.
Randy Foye has very good mid range jumper, also from the dribble. Fg-65 definitely not about him. Even Shaun Livingston has fg-66. Foye shots better than Livingston for sure. Please check this out.
Luol Deng's defensive awareness should be higher than 63. He, Hinrich and Wallace are best defenders in Bulls.
Mehmet Okur in play-offs showed that he can defend. Even against such monsters like Yao and Duncan. His current def.aware-35 is too low.
And please give to Chuck Hayes tougher body. His current body too skinny for him.

This would be great.. Cause DeShawn Stevenson and Mikael Pietrus are highflyers in the roster.. If does two are highflyers, then Thomas should be Super-hyper highflyer..
