Making the Draft accurate to this season

I want to make a Sonics Dynasty as the new GM and if I simulate a season the records will be wrong. I want to make it as realistic as possible. If I start a new Dynasty with a random draft order teams like Dallas can get a top pick. Can you edit who gets the top pick? I want Seattle to get the top pick and draft Oden.

check this out....it was in 06 dynasty. i am not sure if it works or not....
