Please, Can someone make a custom portrait?

My friend wants to have his portrait in NBA Live 07. But he's not a NLSC forum member, so he asked for me to ask someone to make his portrait.
But he didn't want to upload his photo in NLSC. So if anybody can make him a portrait, send my a PM! I will tell you his skype id and he will send you his photo.
