new problem for me... updated roster in season

in applying the official roster update or IRPT XX...
what it does is put a new folde in the section of saves...so that when you want to upload roster and play with it...
my question is how can i update the roster in my season mode..?

It's one of the CPU's more annoying habits this year. The best fix is to assign a controller to both teams so you can make sure the starting lineups are accurate (and change them if necessary), then switch control of the opposing team back to the CPU before the opening tip goes up.

You can't apply a roster patch to a season in progress.

plugging in a new players.dbf won't work?

but the stats will be messed up.

It'll work so long as there's an updated appearance.dbf to go with it, but it'll wipe season data.

oh... too bad 4 me haha.. i want the old man willis in my roster... thanks anyway
