Backdown with Keyboard?

any ideas on how to backdown,pro-hop using keyboard? i tried ppjoy and i think it didn't work 4 me? 
another question how can i change the freesytle superstar type of a player?

These are my settings from the .kfg file for the pro hop with the keyboard. Paste them in your .kfg file and assign them as you like.
bind K_F RXAXISCHANGE
bind K_V RYAXISCHANGE
bind K_F RXAXISCHANGE
bind K_V RYAXISCHANGE

To change the freestyle superstar type, hold down the "superstar" button and press the "off ball" button, that will cycle through the different types.

with the keyboard you can make the pro hop?
(without any external program?..)
do you can tell me more about ..i'm interesting in it by 3-4 days and no one give me a correct answer

its not doing the pro-hop.. when i press F or V it does the "freestyle moves" -i dont what it's called..

Yes, you can. Hold V while running, it should make a pro hop.
If you could give me the settings for making the players back down, I'd greatly appreciate that as well.
