i am using andrew's latest roster patch(21st July) and i wan't to start a dynasty with bulls but i wan't that 2007 rookies would be in draft in 2007 draft and not when i start dynasty. can someone plese tell me what to do i know i have to download some tool or something but i don't now what. so could someone explain this to me step by step please, please, please.

You can't choose to hold the Draft over if you want to use a custom roster.

well, can i simulate first seaseon with normal roster and than change the whole roster with your new update?

Yes, you can.

Simulate the first season, save your game and then copy the database files from the roster update to your Dynasty save.
