07 Draftees

I was looking at people's dynasties in the dynasty forum and saw some people had the 07 draftees...and they were actually in a draft. I was wondering if anyone could show me a link/how to get this in my game? I have the PC version..

I'm not sure how to actually add players in a draft, although it's probably drafted before a dynasty is started.
