I want to create new teams instead of real NBA teams it looks this

but when I go to NBA Live 07, teams which I deleted,for example New York Knicks appear in the game, in the concrete when I choose team which I woul like to play.I deleted information about, for example New York Knicks, but where information came from?
Please help me!

Deleting the entries doesn't work. The best solution would be to change their TEAMCODE so the game no longer recognises them as active/regular teams, however this will cause issues in Dynasty Mode.

I have one question for you. NBA Live 06 dbf files are compactible for NBA Live 07, or not?

No, they're not. The file format is the same but NBA Live 07's files have additional fields that NBA Live 06's do not.
