Need help with custom players!!!!

Ok, im gonna go MAD if u can't fix the problem!!!!!
I wanted to put greg oden into the game so i got his CF and potraits and followed the steps which i were required:

1- Create the player in your game
2- save your roster
3- Edit players.dbf and apperance.dbf files
4- Find the line for Durant and change playerpkg to KEDURAN
5- Save
6- Put the durant CF & portait in your sgsm folder
7- open your game
8- Upload your roster

It was very cool but the problem was...... I HAD A TOTAL DIFFERENT LOOK!!!!!! instead of the greg oden look, it somehow turned out into a custom player look and i have no idea what had went wrong! I could still see his potrait in the menu and stuff but i can't get his face!!!!! PLZ HELP ME!!!! I RELI WANT GREG ODEN!!!!!

Look for his FACEID on appearance.dbf, change the value to -1. Post a screenshot so we could see what's wrong.
