First of all, I must disagree that the only reason why the Jazz are playing well is because of chemistry (sure thats a factor, but not "it").
1) Boozer is back and healthy. He is a candidate for MVP this season, and his current ratings don't reflect his talent/skills.
2) Deron Williams is a new player this year. He is scoring, and passing the ball as well as any PG in the league.
3) The rookies are better than the stats reflect - notably - Brewer, Millsap, and perhaps CJ miles.
Memo is playing a little worse than last year, and so is Andre.
