Is it possible to add the potential bar in creating and editing players?

Because everytime I create a player his potential is not good (can rarely be good), and it's really getting on my nerves

you cant edit it in a dbf editor?

edit the players.dbf with an Editor (DB Commander 2000)
You need to edit the Columns DESTINY, LEARNING, WORKETHC!

DESTINY 1-6 (1 best)
Learning 1-99 (99 best)
Workethic 0-6 (0 best)

I didn't know that. But still it would be a lot easier to just edit it in the game-
