People ae sying that SHOOTER A is default for all nba llive teams playbook. Will there be any work or update on the playbooks?

I mean, people are saying the the offensive strategy is set to shooter A. I wonder if there ae any plans on Andrew´s roster or SUM update to change the offensive strategy/playbook/quickplays from default to more accurate ?

There is a patch in the Announcement section that fix the playbooks already.
You can try that to see if they fix the PG domination.
Personally, I edit some of the team strategy and offensive quick plays too.
