When and if the patch is released would it most likely not be compatable with a saved dynasty and Id have to start over, thus making it pointless to start a dynasty before the patch is released?

This is the only reason I haven't started my dynasty yet.

I think a couple of the previous fixes have been compatible with existing saves, though it's not uncommon for issues to arise with saved data to be incompatible after a fix is applied. Personally I'm waiting for it to be released before I start my main Dynasty.
